MVA Trader - Privacy Policy

MVA Trader ("MVA Trader", "we", "us") is operated by My Vision Trading Academy. This policy explains what personal data the MVA Trader mobile and web app collects, why, and your choices. MVA Trader is a client that connects your own Deriv brokerage account; we are not the broker and do not custody your funds.

1. Data we collect

• Account data - your email address and name, used to create and secure your MVA Trader account.
• Brokerage connection - when you link Deriv, we store an encrypted Deriv access token and your Deriv account identifiers/currency so the app can place the trades you instruct. Your Deriv login/password is entered on Deriv's own pages and is never seen by us.
• App activity - trades you place, bot sessions, and settings, so we can show your history and run the features you enable.
• Technical data - basic device/log data needed to operate and secure the service.

2. How we use it

To provide the app's functionality (authentication, linking your broker, executing the trades and bots you start, showing your results), to keep accounts secure, and to comply with legal obligations. We do not sell your personal data and we do not use it for cross-app advertising tracking.

3. Who we share it with

• Deriv - to execute trades and read balances on the account you linked (governed by Deriv's own privacy policy).
• Infrastructure providers - Supabase (authentication and database) and Amazon Web Services (hosting), acting as our processors.
• Legal - where required by law.

4. Security

Data is transmitted over encrypted connections (HTTPS/TLS). Your Deriv token is encrypted at rest. Access tokens expire and sessions can be revoked.

5. Your rights

You can access, correct, or delete your account data, and disconnect your Deriv account at any time. To request deletion, contact us at the address below.

6. Children

MVA Trader is for adults only (18+) and is not directed to children.
